Conditions for Bangladesh Players

1 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use rbaji, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you meet each of these conditions and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. rbaji does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• Residency: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not register on behalf of another person.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on rbaji or any affiliated platform.

rbaji reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Providing false information during registration — including false age, name, or contact details — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one rbaji account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If rbaji detects duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and any pending withdrawals cancelled.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rbaji login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. rbaji will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify rbaji immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• rbaji support can be reached 24/7 to assist with account security issues.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as outlined in the fee schedule.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting rbaji support. Any remaining balance will be processed to your registered payment method after identity verification.

Your rbaji account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate suspension of the account.

3 Deposits and Payments

rbaji accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash and Nagad. All deposits are credited to your rbaji account balance in BDT with no conversion fees applied. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits on rbaji are processed in real time. Once a deposit is confirmed by the payment provider, funds are credited to your rbaji balance immediately. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes of completing the transaction, contact rbaji support with your transaction reference number.

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad.
• Currency: BDT only. No foreign currency deposits are accepted.
• Third-party deposits: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
• Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

rbaji reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all players regardless of account history.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from rbaji are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This means if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will be sent to your bKash wallet. rbaji does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits.

rbaji targets a processing time of five minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals from the point of approval. Actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment provider. Withdrawals requested during peak periods may take slightly longer but rbaji aims to process all withdrawals within 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Verification: rbaji may require identity verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Requested documents must be submitted within 72 hours.
• Wagering requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being forfeited.

rbaji reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, rbaji will notify the player and may request additional documentation before proceeding.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

rbaji offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus on rbaji, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general terms.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in total before any withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game type are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be removed from your account automatically.

6 Gameplay and Fair Play

All games on rbaji use independently certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and verified. rbaji does not manipulate game outcomes and does not operate games with undisclosed house edges beyond those stated in the game information.

Players are expected to engage with rbaji games in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension with all winnings voided:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be removed.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Placing bets designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage with games in good faith (bonus abuse).
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive behaviour on the platform.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round, rbaji will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account. rbaji's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

7 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Suspension and Termination

rbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that rbaji considers harmful to the platform or other players.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, rbaji will notify the player by email within 48 hours.
• Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of terms, any balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
• Where an account is closed at the player's request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification.

Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact rbaji support to request a review. rbaji will respond to all account suspension queries within five business days.

10 Limitation of Liability

rbaji provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain platform availability and game integrity, rbaji does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rbaji's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

For significant changes that materially affect player rights, rbaji will provide advance notice via email to registered players at least 7 days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree with any changes to the terms, you should stop using rbaji and request account closure before the changes take effect.
